What's the difference between Quartz, Sapphire, Granite, and Onyx?+
Our four processing models, each tuned for a different use case. Quartz is the fastest (Apache pipeline) — great for quick previews and MLS thumbnails. Sapphire adds anti-aliasing and bilateral lighting correction for flagship listings. Granite includes a 3D mesh export, ready for Unity / Unreal / Blender pipelines. Onyx is our premium pipeline with textured mesh + GLB + OBJ exports, the highest fidelity for luxury listings and developer marketing.
What happens if I exceed my monthly scan cap?+
We charge per extra scan at a slightly higher rate ($7 Quartz, $12 Sapphire, $19 Granite, $25 Onyx). You can always upgrade your plan if overage is recurring — Pro and Studio annual plans usually save money once you exceed the lower tier's cap.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of your current billing period — no questions, no calls. Annual plans get a prorated refund for unused months. We don't lock you in.
Do you keep my scans private?+
By default, scans are private to your account. You explicitly choose to share via public link or embed. Multi-scan listing tours can be password-protected (Pro tier and above) so only buyers with the link + password can view.
Can I export to Unity / Unreal / Blender?+
Yes from Pro tier and above. Quartz and Sapphire export standard 3DGS .ply files (work in web/AR viewers like supersplat and Spark.js). Granite and Onyx add .obj and .glb formats for game engines and Blender, ready to drop into your scene.
Where are my scans hosted? Can I move them later?+
Hosted on Cloudflare R2 (durable enterprise-grade storage with global CDN). Hosting duration scales with plan: 14 days on Free, 12 months on Starter, 36 months on Pro, indefinite on Studio. You can download the original .ply file at any time and self-host on your own infrastructure if you prefer.
